Scope & deliverables. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing (proposal, invoice, or statement of work).
Templates. Templates are licensed for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim template assets as your own product for sale.
Payments. Pricing and payment terms are defined at checkout or in your agreement. Late payments may pause work until accounts are current.
Client responsibilities. You agree to provide required content, access, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Revisions. Reasonable revisions are included as defined in your scope. Additional requests may be billed separately.
Third-party services. Hosting, domains, email, and third-party tools may be managed by third parties and are subject to their terms and availability.
Disclaimer. We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or business results.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
